ABOUT

The North Carroll Business Alliance, (NCBA), of Manchester, MD, previously recognized as the Manchester Area Merchants Association for over thirty years, now operates as a registered 501c3 in conjunction with the Carroll Foundation of Westminster, MD.

Beginning January 2021, NCBA, intended to support our surrounding business community’s potential, participates in and offers our members an awareness of local business dynamics, an opportunity for community service and marketing to compliment their business development and success.

NCBA has committed to continuing the tradition of providing annual student scholarships to deserving graduating local High School seniors through active business community participation. Funds generated through NCBA activities are given directly back to the community to benefit local students, our members marketing and community events.

The newly elected Board of Trustees reflects a variety of local successful business involvement.  A primary goal of the Board is to re-engage local businesses, (many effected by the COVID pandemic), by creating marketing value and to support a positive business resource for our members.  As an example, our members now have access to the Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Foundation resources as part of our membership benefit.
